Spitz Prize

Call for the 2017 David and Elaine Spitz Prize:

CSPT is pleased to announce the call for the 2017 David and Elaine Spitz Prize. The Prize is awarded every year for the best book in liberal and/or democratic theory published two years earlier. The 2017 prize will be given to a book published in 2015 (copyright date). Publishers and individuals are invited to nominate books by sending copies marked “Regarding Spitz Prize” directly to all three of the Prize Committee members listed below. Books that are primarily historical, rather than theoretical, together with textbooks and edited books, are ineligible.

The (postmark) deadline for the submission of candidate books is October 01, 2017.
